Cardio Lean Sculpt is a high-energy, low-impact workout that blends cardio, Pilates, and strength training using hand and ankle weights. Set in a heated room with loud music and low lighting, this class keeps you moving and sweating from start to finish. Every session ends with a refreshing cold towel—your well-earned cooldown after a powerful workout.
Adult Aerial at Ignite Dance is a full-body workout that’s as fun as it is challenging. Perfect for beginners and adaptable for intermediate to advanced students, this class focuses on building strength and confidence through aerial silks and Lyra (aerial hoop). You’ll start with foundational skills like foot locks, basic climbs, and inversions, then progress to wraps, drops, and more advanced aerial techniques. It’s a unique and empowering way to get fit, fly high, and have a blast doing it.
Pilates at Ignite Dance is a core-focused, low-impact class designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. Using controlled movements and breath work, Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body while supporting overall wellness. Great for all fitness levels.
